We make sure that your order is printed to specifications and is of the excellent quality our loyal customers have been coming back for.
However, printing is not a perfect science and in the rare occurrence that you receive a defective order, we will promptly investigate and reprint it.
What you should do when you receive a product that is perceived to have defects:
- Notify us by within 24 hours of your receipt of the items. Our helpful Customer Service Representatives will take the details of your order and assign a Ticket Number for investigation. They may ask for photos of the product as you have received them.
- A Manager will contact you to provide resolution to the problem. If upon investigation we determine that we made an error, we will reprint it. We reserve the right to request that 100% of the items be returned to us prior to reprinting.
